Welcome to BigShorts, an Interactive Social Media App (the "App"). The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
a) You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the App ("User Content").
b) You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit User Content that: i) Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights; ii) Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; iii) Contains viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files; iv) Impersonates any person or entity, including but not limited to any of our employees, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity; or v) Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
c) We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms, without notice or liability to you.
a) All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
b) You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or materials obtained from the App without our prior written permission.
c) You may not use any trademarks, service marks, or logos appearing on the App without our prior written permission.
a) You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
b) You agree not to use the App to: i) Harass or intimidate any person; ii) Harm minors in any way; iii) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity; iv) Engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; v) Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that contains viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files; vi) Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the App; vii. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
a) The App and all content and materials on the App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
b) We do not warrant that the App or any content or materials on the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or any content or materials on the App are free of viruses or other harmful components.
c) We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
